I have to start by beginning to say the design for the cake from what I invisioned, to what I recieved, was AMAZING!!!! Taste was REALLY GOOD, not to sweet, and I want to thank you for that!!! My sons cake order was to celebrate his milestone of graduating ctc, completing his senior year, and turning 18th. After much cake tasting and shopping around, due to my son not wanting something too sweet. We came across Cakeology, read the reviews and went for it. I sent an email for inquiry, and Jenna responded. Comminucation I loved!!! Im horrible with emails, and she was okay with talking over the phone with any concerns I had. Jenna explained how everything from cakes down to how payment worked, and bringing ideas together for the decorations. I really have to say, I was nervous at first. Due to my time frame, and I thought she wouldn't be able to make my order which I would've understood. Then my son wanted gave up, because he done trying different cakes from different locations. After speaking with Jenna I wasn't worried, trusted what she recommended, and I felt relieved. I was then very excited for pick up, and trusted the process. THANK YOU JENNA!!!!!! 😊 😁

I ordered a custom birthday cake and cupcakes from Jenna and it exceeded all my expectations! Not only was the design absolutely exactly what I asked for, but it also tasted amazing—the sponge was so moist, and the frosting wasn’t too sweet. My family/guests couldn't stop asking where it came from. Thank you for making our little girls 5th birthday so special ! I would definitely order from her again !

I used Jenna for my best friends bridal shower cake, and I could not be happier with her service! Not only was she wonderful to communicate with, ordering was super easy, and she made the whole process seamless. I had even mistakenly put the wrong pickup date on my order form, and she was so professional and flexible! She truly has a talent for cake making and was able to bring my vision to life perfectly. I’ve also never been to an event where the entire cake was gone in minutes because everyone wanted a piece and guests raved about it! Needless to say, I will definitely be recommending Jenna to friends and family in the future! For reference, this cake was able to very comfortably feed approx 20 people with nice sized slices.

I booked Jenna as my cupcake decorator for my baby shower/ gender reveal party. Ordered 60 cupcakes with 5 different designs I found on Pinterest. She absolutely delivered stunning cupcakes and was so accommodating to work with to make my vision come alive . She loves what she does and is an absolute sweetheart. Thank you Jenna for amazing cupcakes!!

Jenna not only designed the most beautiful cakes for my daughters first birthday, but all my guests agreed that they were equally delicious! The cakes were above and beyond what I could've imaged and made the day so very special. I will be using Cakeology for all my future events. Pricing is fair, communication is quick and customer service is 100%. Jenna goes above and beyond, she is talented and so very kind! You wont find better in Lancaster.
